I am looking for any documentation referencing issues with system performance when you are connected to your company VPN and navigating through Taleo.  We have TEE and I was told by the Oracle Optimization team that our company VPN will cause Taleo system performances issues and we should disconnect from VPN.  Our team uses Oracle e-business suite, which they must connect to VPN to access, then they need Taleo, which they must disconnect.  I have been searching but cant see to find documentation on this specific issue.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!
