1) What are the restrictions and limits for Oracle Cloud Free? where to read the full list of restrictions?

2) what programs can I install on computers in Oracle? can I put a program to download a legal file via torrent (Linux distribution or free movie or free program)?

3) what are the CPU usage limits? can I run a CPU-intensive AI training program? or can I run another video transcoding program for a few hours?

4)  what are the restrictions on writing data to HDD disk?  can i use Oracle cloud free the disk to record data from surveillance cameras? it constantly needs to record a lot of data.
