Transfer Order is not getting generated in 'Manage Parts Requirement'

Hi All,

While trying to perform a part transfer from Subinventory to Technician trunk stock via Manage Parts Requirement functionality, Transfer order is not getting generated.

I also tried the same action via B2B Service > Work Order and then there also no transfer order is getting created.

 

Could you please help to find out which setup are we missing here.
