how to retrieve Legal entity from Assigned Payroll business object

this is approved case #5 for Customer: COE00359.

 

I need to retrieve legal entity when I am in 'Assigned payroll' business object. I used HCM param 'EMP_Groovy_LegalEntityId' and it returns me a nul value. What is the alternate way to retrieving the legal employer name/ID?
