Compensation Hierarchy Determination Fast Formula

Hello experts,

where could I find a Compensation Hierarchy Determination Fast Formula type, which allow me to replace the final approver with another one? In other words, the approval flow should follow the line manager hierarchy but at the last approval level, I should  replace Manager A with Manager B. For example, if first level managers have Manager A as line manager, compensation plan should go to Manager B  instead of Manager A.

Do you have any suggestions?
