Cannot Allocate Onboarding Task in Allocate Checklist

Good Day,

We have an New Employee and we are trying to add the onboarding to their employee account.

But when we go into "Allocate Checklist", and select employee and "Add" the "onboarding" task and submit.

Nothing happens, the employee doesnt receive said tasks, there are no errors in transaction console and BPM is showing nothing either.


Do i need to run a process or what other actions do i need to take?
