Assigning journeys to new hires

Hi all,

If you saw any of my earlier posts we figured out a way to create a questionnaire in a journey for employees to complete a COVID attestation form and upload their documentation.  Since this is such a new thing for us we put everything into just getting it out to everyone.  Now we need to find a way to have this auto assign to new hires as well.  What would be the best way to accomplish this?
