BPM Expense error message

We have a question regarding below message from BPM:

"Your response to this notification was not processed.

Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have privilege to perform this action. Action APPROVE on task bf0c1f9b-1c61-4ab1-805c-78c87430dd35 cannot be performed by "username". Make sure that the action is valid with respect to the current state of the task or ensure that the user has privilege to perform this action on the workflow task."

In this case, the message appeared because of the user wanted to perform the approval action for the second time. We want to know if the error can be more explicit for this kind of situations. For example, "The task has been completed, and no longer requires your response".
