Is there a way to enroll terminated workers on a compensation plan?
SummarySometimes we pay workers bonuses after termination date for up to 3 years, this can be done manually but is there a way to add these ex-employees to compensation plans?
From what I can tell the eligibility is assignment based and I cannot see any way to make ex-employees eligible to participate in workforce compensation plans.
Am I missing something? If so, can anyone tell me how this can be done?
