Has anyone else had the issue where they have put their pod key into the profile option "HCM_BUSINESS_RULES_EDITOR_ENABLED" and the functionality does not display in HCM Experience Design Studio? I followed this post: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/a1bfd99073?commentId=554153#554153

Is there an additional step I am missing?
