As part of the end to end recruitment process, I would like to report the following basic metrics..... 

 

1.       Job Requisition submitted (by hiring mgr/SDA) to Job Requisition approved (by Budget Approver)

2.       Job Requisition approved (received by HR Ops) to date advert posted (by HR ops)

3.       Close date of advert to date candidate status set to interview

4.       Date interviews held to date offer submitted (by hiring mgr/ SDA)

5.       Date offer submitted (by Hiring mgr/SDA) to date offer extended to candidate (by SDA)

6.       Date offer extended (by SDA) to date offer accepted (by candidate)
