Ansell: Best way to duplicate Onboarding configuration from T2P

We wanted to reach out to ask if there is any best and recommended way to duplicate Onboarding configuration from T2P. We are in the middle of implementing Onboarding globally but it is tedious, multiple processes, numbers and numbers of content pages, message templates, user-defined forms etc. As you could imagine, a lot of manual effort and work if we recreate and transfer each from Staging to production manually and we are very short in time as Go live deadline is approaching.

Being that said, we wanted to reach out and ask any best practices that we can follow to make the process simplified as our team has worked very hard to make it almost perfect in Staging and re-doing every form, message template, content page etc. manually does not sound ideal or simple way to tackle this. Is there a way we can copy these templates and User-defined forms from Staging to production from the back-end, either via TCC or Oracle support's help? If anyone can guide us in the right direction, it will be greatly appreciated.
