Account was disabled without explanation. Support chat referred my to forum
I created an Oracle cloud account roughly two weeks ago. I received a phone call verifying my information and my account was provisioned 8 days ago. I created a free-tier VM and used it here and there over the course of the last week.
Today I needed to log-in to view the public IP of the VM and my login didn't work. I tried "forgot username" and "forgot password" but I never received emails. Clicking the login link in the original provision notification email displayed a "forbidden" error.
I opened a Support chat window and an agent told me my account was disabled and immediately disconnected before I could say anything. Nice!
