Error when I add requisition or candidate history to an OTBI report

Hi there,

When I add columns from Candidate or Requisition history I am seeing an error (see attached screenshot). Which steps to I need to take to add detail of how long a requisition has been in each phase and state, and how long each candidate is in each phase and state?
