Compensation Zones and Remote Workers
Content
We are currently working on implementing compensation zones and differential profiles. I've currently set up 5 zones for the United States based on certain zip codes. I've set up the zones to also look at the remote worker's home address as well. For the remote worker I'm looking at, they have a location address that falls in zone C, but their home address falls in zone A. I'd expect to see the zone A value on the reports I'm running, but it is still showing the zone C value.
Does anyone have any additional documentation on compensation zones, or any best practices as to why this isn't working?
