    Calculation Value Definitions Not working For Range Value

    We have requirement to deduct Tax based on Regular Salary . If the YTD regular Salary amount is less than 400,000 then it should deduct   1.4% of current run regular salary. If Balance is more than 400,000 than deduction amount % should be 2.4%. 

    We defined Calculation Value Definitions with Flat amount and added to element calculation factor but deduction amount is always based on first line of Calculation Value Definitions . which is 1.4%.

    Calculation  Type - Flat Amount

    Basis of Calculation Value - REGULAR_SALARY_ASG_YTD

    Calculation Values

    0-399,999   - 1.4

    400,000 - 999,999 - 2.4
