Hi All,

We are trying to implement an email notification to a specific IT mailbox and we would like to have this notification to be triggered with a few fields like CandidateId, Location, Department, etc in a particular template to a specific email.

We've tried to implement that by using Taleo OTBI and the mechanism worked fine. However, the issue is that the Agent can't break down a report with multiple rows (multiple offers accepted in the same day) in multiple emails. We do need to have individual emails - for each new offer that is accepted. One idea was to run the report every 5 minutes but OTBI instance is only refresh every hour so that's the minimal interval.
