We are exploring options for our Retention Bonus process and would like to know if it could be handled in Cloud.  Is anyone using Cloud to handle their retention bonus process?  If so, what functionality are you using?

These are our high level requirements:

1-Manager/HR initiates retention request that goes through an approval process.
2-Once approved, the electronic documents are signed electronically by the necessary parties.
3-When it's time to pay the retention, an electronic waiver would be signed by appropriate parties and the bonus amounts sent to payroll for processing.
