Management Report Excel formatting inconsistent to on screen formatting

I am seeing issues downloading all of our Management reporting when downloading to excel - formatting is incorrect and different to on screen

When using the export function for management reports I am seeing issues downloading all of our Management reporting when downloading to excel - formatting is incorrect and different to on screen. This is on all management reports and for all users. 

The issue seems to have come up after the last update but I cannot see any other users raising similar issues. We have an SR but without meaningful updates.

Has anyone else had similar issues and have had a fix ? It is very important for the users to be able to download data and render that information in the format as designed / consistent with on screen.
