User Can see only his/her Legal Employer from Legal Employer LOV in Offer Info Section

Hi Team,

Please can you let me know how to restrict the Legal Employer field in the Offer Info Section. If a user belongs to Peru, he/she can only see Peru Legal Employer from the LOV or it should show by default  in the Offer Info section.
