Fast Formula picking up single result for period instead of sum for all elements

We've made some changes in our setup to allow for multiple element entries in a single period for some of our elements. These elements are used to present compensation items in the Total Compensation Statements.
We use Fast Formulas to pull these values, however, we found that these Fast Formulas do not sum up the amount. I will attach one of the Fast Formulas (we have like 9 doing the same thing for different elements) in the code snippet.

Could you please instruct us to change the formula so that it sums all items for a given period?
