Segment Value Security Is Not Enforced In OTBI

Hi all 

I have enabled Segment Value Security on Department (Cost Center) and it is working in the GL as you can see in the first image. Currently I have only access to department 000. To be clear I have created a blank role for the SVS rule to work and deployed the Flexfield as well as published the account hierarchy. 

My problem is that it is not enforcing the restricted access in OTBI as you can the in the Account analysis report on the second image. I can still access other departments (here 110) and see the values related to that segment value as you can see in the image.
