Automatic Segregation of Candidates to Candidate Pools

Hi All,

We have a requirement where the client wants candidates coming into the application to be moved to different Candidate Pools , automatically, based on their skills, experience, etc. Has anyone come across a similar requirement. Any inputs would be helpful.
