Restricting start date to current date or in future during Offer creation

We have a need to restrict the start date in offer creation to current date or in future. Is there a possibility to achieve the same?

As per the current functionality

• When creating a Job Offer: Start Date can be any past date, current date, or future date
• When editing or redrafting a Job Offer: Start Date can be any date after the initially-selected date
