is there away to create data access right for opportunity without using groovy scripting

We have a requirements to create a Role for Opportunity with below privileges

- All users can create an opportunity

but the Opportunity record is only updatable and can be deleted if the user is the (Opportunity Owner, Opportunity Owner Manager, Administrator and part of the Opportunity Team)
