Finding referred candidates

Hi all,

Currently our organization uses employee referrals to a specific job, but not general profile referrals. We are interested in also doing this, but our recruiters are concerned about finding these candidates once they are referred.

They do not like the search much in Taleo, and find it very hard to use. Is there a way build a list in Taleo of all currently referred candidates that are not on a current requisition?
