Indeed Applicants not Applying

So,  we have eQuest, and Indeed scraps from our site.   We are baffled as to why people are not applying to our postings that are coming from our Taleo which Indeed scraps from.   However, the managers are claiming they are getting applicants are their personal Indeed account. 

 

Is there a reason this is happening?    Any one else have this issue?
