I have the following configuration set up

1. Enabled IRC_JobApp_Review_HM alert in Alerts Composer, specified Recipients.

2. Enabled notification at the desired phase and stage in Candidate Selection process and enabled Recruiter and Hiring Manager as Recipients(screen Shot)

3. Tested and ran the process for sending Job application Notification.

Am I missing something?
