Always Free Compute Instance VM - memory less than 1GB

Hi,

I'm trying out the free plan of Oracle Cloud.

I have created two VMs in the Compute section.

The first VM shows 997MB in htop. The second VM shows only 687MB.

What can be the cause for the second VM showing less than 1GB memory?
