OTBI report returning Lookup codes, how to fetch meaning instead of codes

Hi,

In the Person profile>License and certifications section few fields are lookup types. Ex: Renewal In Progress, Renewal In Progress, Status, Verified

I am trying to build the basic OTBI report to fetch the employees license and certification details. I am using the subject area "Workforce Profiles – Person Profile Real Time”. For above fields of type look up, OTBI returning the lookup codes where we want the meaning. How to fetch lookup meanings instead of lookup codes. Please find the attachment for screen shots.
