How to delete secondary hierarchy from active compensation plans

Hello experts,

I should remove secondary hierarchy from compensation plans. I have tried to refresh compensation plan by including the update secondary manager hierarchy after disabling secondary hierarchy from Manage Hierarchies task available when setting up compensation plans.

However, even if the process is successful, the secondary manager still see compensation plans!

The question is: how can I avoid that secondary manager view compensation plans without revoking and launch compensation plans again?
