Assign Journey/Tasks in HDL

We are attempting to mass assign a Journey and its associated tasks via HDL.  And while the Journey and tasks do appear for the employee, the tasks are blank. . .  no attachments, no notes, etc.  Wondering what we are missing in the HDL load?
