What is Talent Rating Subject area

Hi Team,

We have the talent rating where we have, Performance rating, Risk of loss etc. Is there any possibility to get the from OTBI? 

I know, We can get through BI but also want to know if we can get through OTBI. If this is possible could you please help me to get the Subject area name.
