Department update on posted requisition

New with 21B.1 the department can be updated on a posted requisition

However we have noticed that while the department (cost center) can be updated, it does not trigger an update of the Department on the requisition and therefore isn't accurate... anyone else seeing this or is it some quirk with our setup? 

I would expect the department, organization, division data to update to be in sync. Otherwise the Department update isn't really helpful...
