We are considering to implement Oracle HCM, and are wondering if the 'Revisal report" for Romania get's delivered from HCM as a standard report?
See attached specification, it's not a report but rather creating an XML file with all kinds of employee contract changes. This XML then must be loaded in a tool of the Romanian government where it get's validated. In our legacy SAP system we are able to deliver this report from SAP.
So wondering if Oracle HCM also provides this report as a standard legal report for Romania.
