In my organization, we want to set up enterprise onboarding for regions like China, Hungary and Spain. Me and my team have not been successful in translating the FYI Enterprise Onboarding email the system generates from /Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications/ChecklistWelcomeReport.xdo., and currently all recipients receive this email in English. 

I'm hoping someone can help with the questions below:

  1. Does anyone have any experience setting up this Checklist Welcome Report in other languages? If so, how did you accomplish this? 
  2. How does the system know which language to send to the recipient? Does it look at the HR member's preferences to determine the language in which the email will be sent?
