My always-free eligible compute instance was shut down today when my trial period expired. Attempting to start it again yields the message Unable to start instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.ca-toronto-1.an2g6ljrauzmfgqc2zh3gvnunsjempx65ud77qgkgb5nwtykjd4e7lnxd5nq is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable. I need to get back into the machine to copy some important data, and as it was an ARM machine (and I cant create new ones even if the shape is always-free compatible), I can't attach a backup as a boot volume to the AMD shape in order to retrieve the data.

Howdy, Stranger!
