for most of the customers the business process is that the candidate is receiving initial offer ( a page with the initial salary details ) and after he approves it he recieve the big Offer (  The contract --> which is 4-5 pages )

what is the Best Practice? should we use the ORC  Offer for the initial offer of for the Contract?

what does other customers do?
