Unable to cluster internal referral job requisition from the job requisition internally posted

Hello,

in currenti job the employee has the possibility to view all the job requisition. He can see not only the job requisition internally posted for recruiting but also the job requisition for which they can make referral and that are only externally posted.

Is there a way in order to clusterize this two kind of job requisition?
