View output from flows submitted by other users

We are unable to see output of payroll processes run by others in the team.

We get the message - You don't have permission to access this information. Contact your help desk. (FND-13)

This seems to be linked to various privileges and roles wherever it pops up us an access issue. Oracle has given the details of what roles to add in other areas. But I could not find what role/privilege needs to be added to grant this view access for payroll processes submitted by others.
