External Invoice Status for Project Expense in Fusion

I am looking to pull the External Invoice Status of project expense in Oracle Fusion for a BIP Report. There is a invoiced_flag and ic_invoiced_flag(Invoiced flag for Inter company project) in the PJC_EXP_ITEMS_ALL table but I need the External Invoice Status. Any idea in which table this can be found or any query to achieve this.
