Confirm that Synchronization is Enabled Between the HCM and Digital Assistant Instances

Not able to activate the DA as per the steps

Hi,

I am trying to activate the DA for our Cloud HCM application and following the steps mentioned in the URL

After 2nd step, not able to proceed.

1. In IDCS, click  to open the side menu and then select the Oracle Cloud Services link.
2. Find the entry for the Oracle Applications Cloud (Fusion) application and click it to open it.
3. In the application, click the Provisioning tab.
4. If Enable Provisioning switch is in the OFF position, switch it ON.
