Report as reference doclet: grid per individual member (pov) in doclet?

Narrative reporting: When using a management report (one grid, several cost centers) as a reference doclet, you are asked to set the POV when inserting the report in the report package. After enabling the grid as embedded content, it can be used in a doclet. Since the POV is already set, you get a rigid grid. However, I am trying to generate a doclet where I have a grid per individual cost center. Is there a way to have the same grid but specified for each member? Can this result be reached in the report package or the report itself?
