We want to integrate Sales Order Page to Weigh Bridge to fetch weight into Sales Order

We are Shipping bulk item like cement. We need to get weight from Weigh Bridge to Sales Order in Order Management for Customer Orders and internal transfer orders. Is out of the box Integration available for this.
