Can we interlink 2 different compensation plans together…?
Currently, I've configured Merit plan & Promotion plan (as separate plans). Each have their own Eligibility criteria's
But, Some employees who are eligible in Promotion plan are again eligible in Merit plan also (Even after applying all the eligibility criteria's)
Client wants to restrict this issue, that an Employee should be eligible only in one plan (if the employee is eligible in Promotion, that employee should not be eligible in Merit and Vice versa)
Employee's who are Eligible in Merit plan will be ineligible in promotion plan. At that time for exception, Client will change the eligibility in promotion plan (using Request eligibility change criteria). Once Eligibility is changed in promotion plan, immediately eligibility should be changed in merit plan too (from eligible to ineligible)
