Compensation Plan based on employee anniversary date as plan run date
We have a requirement to create anniversary workforce compensation plan for a group of employees who will have different joining dates and they need to be handled in a monthly compensation plan as a requirement. This will be for 15-20 people only. How can we handle this kind of requirement?
What we understand is that we will run the plan monthly as well as Transfer data data to HR by individually selecting the employee each month. This information will be provided manually.
Is there a way or a fast formula (to be added to eligibility profile) which can detect the employee as we run the plan ?
