Allocate Checklist HDL load is successfull but it is not reflecting in employee allocated checklist screen,

We are trying to allocate the Enterprise Onboarding checklist to the NewHires loaded through Worker.dat. The AllocateChecklist.dat file getting loaded successfully but the allocated checklists are not showing in Employees Allocated Checklist screen. Below is the HDL format used for it. can some one please help me in that.
