Reservation of Serial Number to Back To Back - Make Sales Order

When we create Back-To-Back Sales Order (Make) which has a Serial Controlled Item, after completion of Work Order with SN, the SN is not showing on Manage Reservation UI against that SO. Is this expected in current release?

I see an ER created for similar issues "ER# 26794199 - RESERVE A PARTICULAR SERIAL ITEM AGAINST A SALES ORDER"

Is this applicable to B2B order as well?

Steps followed:

1. B2B Item with SN controlled at " Dynamic Entry at Inventory Receipt"
2. Created B2B Make Order
3. SCO creates Work Order and Reserved
4. Work Order Completed with Item SN#
5. Manage Reservation UI shows that Item has Reservation against the SO but View Serial Number form is not enabled to view the SN#
