Derive monthly salary as per FTE from annual salary as input while adding salary to employee

Hi,

 

In the Change Salary task, when we propose or add Salary details for an employee, Annualized salary is a read only field which is calculated automatically from the monthly salary.

 

I am looking for a reverse approach, where if we enter the annual salary, it should fill up rest of the fields with monthly salary calculations (considering FTE which is by default when annual salary is calculated based on monthly).

 

Does any one have any insights in this?

 

Would appreciate your thoughts and ideas here.
