How to load Planned Order Supply into Planning Central

We use FBDI to load data from EBS to Planning Central and our users have a request to be able to load Planned Order Supply into Planning Central.  Is this possible?

I have the ScpPlannedOrderSupplyImportTemplate, but all the documentation say that the use of this template is available for Global Order Promising only, and not for Planning Central.

Is there another method to accomplish this or is there a way to work around the restriction on the template?
